Friday Night Funkin' (FNF) is a classic rhythm music game that combines nostalgic pixel art visuals with energetic rap battles. The game puts you in the shoes of Boyfriend, a young rapper trying to prove his talent through musical duels to win recognition and the heart of Girlfriend, who cheers you on from her familiar speaker.

Two diverse game modes

Story Mode

This is the main story mode, where Boyfriend must overcome each week, each consisting of multiple songs and a unique opponent. Each level has its own setting, musical style, and personality, creating a constantly fresh experience.

Free Play

Allows you to freely choose any unlocked song to practice. This is the ideal mode to familiarize yourself with difficult songs or improve your skills before returning to Story Mode.

Challenge yourself with 3 difficulty levels

• Easy: Suitable for beginners
• Normal: A balance between challenge and entertainment
• Hard: High speed, dense key sequences, for skilled players

• Arrow keys (↑ ↓ ← →) or W / A / S / D: Press in the direction of the arrows appearing on the screen
• Enter: Confirm selection / start the level
• ESC: Return to the previous menu
• + / - keys: Increase or decrease volume
• 0 key: Quickly mute

Music: The Soul of the Game

All the background music is composed by Kawai Sprite, featuring various styles such as hip-hop, electro, funk, chiptune, and retro synth. Each opponent has their own musical style, making the battles not only a test of reflexes but also a true musical performance.
