About Blockader

Blockader is a 2D roguelite survival shooter where you control a space rodent battling waves of enemies in a compact circular arena. Your weapon fires automatically, leaving you to dodge incoming threats, collect resources, and develop a powerful combination of upgrades.

How to Play Blockader

Move around the arena while your character automatically attacks nearby enemies. Avoid colliding with creatures and dodge shots from ranged attackers. Defeat enough enemies to clear each wave, then choose an upgrade card to improve your damage, health, movement, ammunition, or special abilities.

Combine upgrades to handle increasingly crowded battles. Some cards add effects such as poison, lightning, or extra projectiles, while others help you survive longer. Collect Stars during your runs and spend them on permanent Gear improvements and character Skill Trees to prepare for future attempts.

Controls

• WASD / Arrow Keys – Move around the arena.
• 1–4 – Choose an upgrade card.
• Spacebar – Reroll the available upgrades.
• Tab – Show or hide the stats panel.
• Esc – Pause the game.
• Mouse – Navigate menus and select upgrades.
