PokéSurvivor is a Pokémon-inspired survival game that combines roguelike upgrades with fast-paced battles against waves of wild creatures. Choose a Pokémon partner, explore a large map, and survive as enemies surround you from every direction. Your partner automatically uses its active move, allowing you to focus on movement, positioning, and choosing upgrades that make each run more powerful.

How to Play PokéSurvivor

Begin by selecting your Pokémon partner and entering a survival run. Move around the map to avoid enemy attacks while your active move automatically targets opponents. Defeated enemies drop experience that helps you level up. Each time you gain a level, choose from three reward cards that can provide new moves, improve existing abilities, or boost your Pokémon's stats.

As you progress, experiment with different moves and upgrades to build a stronger combination for handling larger enemy waves. Select the active move that best suits the situation, keep moving to avoid being surrounded, and collect experience whenever it is safe. Some moves can evolve when they reach the required level and you obtain the appropriate upgrade. Between runs, expand your Pokémon collection and purchase permanent improvements to prepare for future battles. You can also team up with other players in supported cooperative modes.

Controls

• W, A, S, D – Move your Pokémon in four directions.
• Arrow Keys – Move your Pokémon around the map.
• 1–4 – Select the active move assigned to the corresponding slot.
• Q / E – Switch between available moves.
• Mouse – Click move icons and select upgrade cards.
• Esc – Pause the game.
• Touchscreen – Drag your finger to move and tap a move icon to switch abilities.
